We’re nearly done now! So, you’ve selected the electrical goods that you want, now you just need to arrange the delivery. Don’t worry, our superhero ElectroCare has your back! We’ll have this sorted in no time!

How It Works

Once the payment is set up through any of our payment methods, we’ll contact you to arrange a delivery date.

Just a quick note, our delivery lead times can vary from product to product so make sure to check the product page for the correct info.

Right now we don’t currently offer direct delivery to above ground floor properties. We’ll deliver your goods to the front door of the property or on the kerbside as most of our delivery is done via pallet delivery or courier.

If you have special delivery requirements (for example, large items that need to be delivered into the property), we can quote for this separately. Drop us an email to request this.

Delivery Prices

  • £59 standard delivery via pallet (kerbside) or delivery partners into your house
  • £109 for extra large appliances such as American fridge freezers and range cookers via pallet (kerbside)  or two man delivery teams
  • £15 for small electrical items  such as kettles or toasters etc (chosen courier FedEx)

*We may charge a delivery surcharge for above ground deliveries and to certain postcodes in Scotland. Our team will be in contact if applicable

All of our prices include standard ground floor delivery to most postcodes in the mainland UK (excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, and Northern Ireland). To deliver your appliances, we use our own fleet of vans in our immediate area. For deliveries further afield we use a network of delivery partners. These include pallet delivery (which is kerbside only), specialist home delivery couriers, and FedEx for smaller items.

FAQs

How long will it take for my items to be delivered?

Our delivery lead times can vary between products so make sure to check the product page for the correct information. However, special order products will take longer to deliver. If your item is out of stock we’ll try and offer you an alternative.

Will you remove my old appliance?

We don’t currently offer installation and removal of your old appliance. However, if you require this service, we will try and find a local contractor who you can pay directly. Just ask us and we will do our best to help.

What’s the cost of delivery?

  • £49 Standard Delivery via pallet delivery (kerbside) on most major appliances, or £99 for larger appliances
  • £15 for small items such as kettles or toasters

I live in a first floor flat, can you deliver the appliances to my property?

If you live in a first floor flat, we will deliver your goods to the kerbside. This is because most of our deliveries are done via pallet delivery or courier. We won’t be able to bring your order into the property.
